    It sounds okayish.

    But then it also sounds like nationalist Nazi German propaganda.

    It just doesn't "ring" quite right.

        I have to agree that it doesn't "ring quite right." Too open to interpretation. What " code of conduct" is that he's talking about? And if he wants people to be 'allowed to exercise their rights', would that not include the right to be different? Hmmm. Too subjective for me.
