Police in Fort Worth, Texas, baffled about a missing K-9 dog, turned to a dog detective agency when their helicopter search turned up nothing. Godiva, an operative for Dog Gone Detectives, found Loki, the escaped search and rescue dog, in 15 minutes, The Dallas Morning News reported. The world is in a sad state of affairs when a professional search and rescue dog escapes, and gets itself lost for a little while.

Devils advocate here. It takes a while to chew through a fence. Chocolate labs don't take well to being deposited in the yard without companionship, so I suspect he wasn't lost. He was seeking a new adventure, as labs like to do. I don't think he was lost. He just didn't want to go home, lol.

The phrase "it takes one to find one" is so applicable.
