I'd like to see the actual demographics for this. We're having a terrible problem with teen pregnancies in Milwaukee. All areas dependent on welfare and AFDC have seen huge increases of unwed mothers along with the std's. Underage, no money, no future, no family. Milwaukee permits most of the sex ed teaching to be handled by Planned Parenthood. Go figure.
