Then explain how your system is better. In Milwaukee, Planned Parenthood handles most of the education of our kids when it comes to sex ed. They do the whole condom on a cucumber and use bumper sticker statements like "No glove, no love." We've made news report after news report on this yet we have one of the highest underage teen pregnancy rates and highest STD rates too. Perhaps instead of having teachers or social workers teaching values to kids, parents take an active roll.

Here's a better idea. How about having mandatory parenting classes? You need to be licensed to sell cars, homes and insurance. You need to be licensed to drive a car or teach. Why not have classes for parenting. No classes, no kids. In Milwaukee, that means no check either.
