What is the alternative to abstinence? there is absolutely no such thing as safe sex. Some of the STD's pass right through the condom wall. at best 1 in 15 condoms fail under normal use. Some studies put it as low as 1 in 8. Therefore is is playing Russian roulette with a condom and no protection at all for those that go right through the condom wall.

Surgeons use gloves made out of a similar material while doing surgery. CDC requires the surgeons to wash with antiseptic soap, dry using sterile towels, powder their hands with an antiseptic powder, put on gloves, another layer of antiseptic powder and another glove. Who will do that with condoms?

As I have mentioned before, your condom failure rate data is patently false.

Why do surgeons have to go through such extraordinary measures? Because they are handling VERY SHARP THINGS!

My dentist, my proctologist, and my girlfriend's gynecologist only use one layer of glove.

You are saying that Consumer Reports is putting out false information? And here I thought that they were reliable as a source of information on products. Wow. News to me. They state that under normal use the failure rate is 1 in 15.

Sharp things go right through the gloves. The other reason for the double gloves and layers of antiseptic is they have their hands in the body cavities and a lot of different fluids. As stated before some STD's and other micro organisms go right through that material. This way the two layers of antiseptic powder will kill them. What gets transfered in sexual intercourse. Body fluids.
