silmonsez good point.

mntnman I think Mississippi (has some of the highest if not the highest obesity rates) tried to do something like that. Except that they were trying to force restaurants to no serve obese people. I know for a class last semester I tried to get an update on it. I wasn't successful. I also have heard of other states, beside New York and New York City trying to ban the trans fats. My whole problem with that is eggs and butter (both in moderation and depending upon the person) are good for you.
