I remember reading about the 1929 stock market crash, reports of people jumping out of buildings in despair over their financial losses. I couldn't imagine how it could be that bad for them - if only they had stuck it out with everyone else they'd have seen it wasn't the end of the world after all.

Here we are today, right back in the loop again.
