What SC is doing again IS actually against the TOS....SC is, again, attacking a member and trying to get others to gang up on him.

  So when PC posts his anti_Obama articles that are clearly false and libelous I guess he is doing the smae thing according to your definition. Can we expect him to quit Propeller??
