Wanted: Reliable contractor . Someone who knows what he's doing, is good with tools and can not only get the job done, but done well and in a timely fashion. Someone who doesn't stand you up, doesn' t overcharge and doesn't leave until all parties are completely satisfied. Those prone to laziness, ripping off and butt cracks need not apply.
