    so important to get a credible contractor who won't screw you over. this article puts the difficulty of that search in a funny lighthearted way:

      how very true! i am so happy that the City of Toronto is making efforts to try and eliminate some of these 'weekend warriors'. I wonder if it will work throughout the province?
