Abraham spoke the truth. If they cannot receive the Word which has been given they will not believe the miraculous if it appeared in front of them. Jesus would not give them a sign to convince them because they would not be convinced and they would not hear Moses and the Prophets who spoke of Him.

There is hell to shun and a heaven to gain! There are consequences for the actions of man. Paul said men will one day render an account for all deeds done in the body. While I am in this body I intend to do what He commnands thus accepting His Judgement NOW! So I will not come under negative judgement later.
Blessings Brother. Thanks for sharing.-

This sounds like hell.
So does an hour with Redneck discussing the fact that the majority of interpretations offered by uneducated jackasses concerning the English translation of the Bible are either slightly errant or completely wrong due to the differences in culture between a western, low-context, individual culture and that of the Bible, a high-context, corporate, honor-shame based Mediterranian culture. -

Redneck, appreciate your positive input direct from the Holy Script.

Would suspect as ourselves, have been among folks whom as dying described the fires of hell, where they were being dragged away.
Think we both agree, one works with the devil, one gets to go to his place after we leave this world.

The old testament has no doctrine of an afterlife. It is concernered only with the living, - what they must do to live a just life.
Reply
This is why at the time of Christ, many Jews did not believe in an afterlife, yet faithfully kept the laws.
These are the Sadducees, that Jesus (and the Pharasees) argued with. Jesus told them "God is the God of the living, not of the dead".
Interestingly, the only reason given for the man in the parable to be in hell, is that he was rich. Lazarus, being poor, now gets heaven.
When the rich man complains, he is told he accepted things as they were when he was happy, and lazarus was not;
what right does he have to complain now?-

Beg to agree to disagree.
The oldest book of the Bible, records this:
" For I know that my Redeemer lives,
and that at the last he will stand upon the earth;
and after my skin has been thus destroyed,
then in my flesh I shall see God,
whom I shall see on my side,
and my eyes shall behold, and not another."

Fear is your God. All those people that dont fit into your little click, that dont quite see life and the universe as you want them to are all condemned to a eternal torture of fire. How convient for you to just so happen to be the one to believe in the one true God, the one true belief. If heaven and hell do exist they are far from the reach of your comprehension. To you they are just tool to gather more mindless religious zombies to validate to yourself that you are right in what you believe, regardless of wether or not you know anything at all.

You know, gossip counts as all that bullsh*t about "repent sinner or ye shall burn forever" Libel and slander are both gossips, therefore teling someone they're going to hell, being libelous (don't argue with a half-Jew on what's Libelous because I can prove to you it is), makes you a gossip, and therefore just as hellbound as the sinner you ask to repent.

A wise wise witty wise man once said "Tis better for people to THINK you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"
Another wise man also once said "He who is without sin may cast the first stone" and don't start on that old Phelps cop out of "This is about you this is not about me" If you live in a glass house, don't throw stones ekklesia.
You know something ELSE? I've NEVER understood all the fire and brimstone crap, it's always been SO easy for me "God is up there and looking down on us he loves us all and dispenses justice fairly, Jesus is likely up there too (I say likely because I never really accepted or denied it in my mind just went along with it, sorta like a "sure, why not" thing). Rules to live by: Don't be an axe-murderer, don't lie, don't steal, don't cheat, don't cheat-cheat, don't diddle seven year olds, be honest, be loving, be kind, have fun, we're cool" See? Is it SOOOOOOOO difficult to accept that kind of life? Screw Leviticus, I don't give a d@mn what the book of Acts say, live that kind of life and you'll get into Heaven, SIMPLE.

Just because you believe it to be so does not necessarily make it so.You spew your vile retched lies and condemn those of us who don't believe your lies. You will die some day and it will be too late for you to realize that you have lived a lie because you will be dead, no heaven no hell only nothing.

We placed excerpts from the Holy Scriptures. Texts which have stood the test of time.
There is nil surprise as from the days of life on Earth as Noah and the days of Sodom are those whom react with vile bitterness
from within the Propeller community. Free Speech and Dissent works both ways.
We have been there, this place called HELL. Full of fires and darkness. We later changed our wretched ways and followed the Living One, the Risen Lord.
The message about HELL has been shared in 8 languages through many nations. We have not an exact figure, but we are told thousands have changed their ways and turned to the LORD.
With all Biblical Scholarship and Social Consciousness this matter not one of theory or opinion:
THERE IS A HELL
