      In the real world that i live in..Israel didn't have to give gaza to the Palestinians in the first place.They could let their good friends,the arabs, give them a piece of land to make there state.Why didn't they?
      How come all of there supporters,the arabs,haven't been more forthcoming with food,and jobs,and medical care ?
      As far as the new weapons...lol..welcome to war,that is when new weapons are tested.

        This would make Gaza part of Israel and the 1.5 millions Arabs living there would become Israeli citizens. This, in turn, would make Israel a country with 5 Million Jews and 3 Million Arabs including many thousands of members of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other terrorist organizations. These violent terrorists who are now confined to the Gaza borders would be able to move freely within all of Israel. Obviously, the number of terrorist acts would increase dramatically... should I continue? Do you still believe that Israel should annex Gaza?

        I'm not sure what you're talking about but Gaza NEVER was part of Israel. It was occupied by Israel in 1967 and Israel was always willing to give it back to the Arabs as a part of a peace agreement. Several years ago it became painfully obvious that it was preferable to get out of Gaza unilaterally.

        Yes, as "kind of a buffer". After making peace with Egypt the buffer was not needed anymore. Israel was always willing to give it back to the Arabs as a part of a peace agreement. Several years ago it became painfully obvious that it was preferable to get out of Gaza unilaterally.
