Recently LG (Website) announced that it has plans of releasing a line of televisions that will provide users with a direct access to the internet. But the technology can also be used for other internet on demand sites and maybe even YouTube. The technology will also allow for free access to the internet as well as the ability to stream content too.We are seeing the use of the internet in more and more innovative ways and a TV with internet access is one of those perfect pairings. Expect other manufacturers to come out with their own versions of the Broadband HDTV in the months to come.
