Why is Time/Warner not on the list? Last summer I ended up paying almost 5 bills for no-cable, and no-wireless service. When I told them to come pick up their gear, they sent me a bill for almost 8 bills. I begrudgingly packed their crap up and delivered it across town. Dallas. Talk about arrogance!

I'm actually surprised Time Warner is still around. Seriously. In the Twin Cities I WOULD LOVE TO purchase cable from a competitor, but Comcast has a Monopoly. If you own an apartment it is a fire hazard to have cables running across hallways. Digital phone service through Comcast is connected to your hard drive. Also the phone jacks in homes and apartments are owned by Qwest. Most customers of both companies do not know that till they try to get digital phone service through Comcast. Hence the stupid cable running all over the place. Qwest does over satelite tv. However most landlords (there are some that don't care, mine does.) won't let you put up a satelite dish. And before Comcast bought AT & T and Time Warner was still in The Cities I still couldn't get Time Warner because of the zones that they drew up. I lived in the wrong zone.

I'm sorry but 10.00 in taxes and user fees for both Comcast and Qwest is stupid. Also I know that prices have gone up, AGAIN on both cable and internet. And if you try to lower your bills your sent to the customer service reps designed not to help the customer but the business. -

at doesn't need a bailout. They cram unsupecting customerS, with their products, and service that they don't want or need. Ethics were lost by Bellsouth, now at several years ago. You had better check you bill very carefully each month. It is the unsuspecting of crammed customers ,that are bailing them out. This is really criminal. SHAME ON THEM. ASK ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CAN TELL YOU HOW BAD IT REALLY IS.

How about bailing me out? Everyone on here could send me a one time fee of say thirty dollars..for that fee i will tell you about the car i buy,the trip i'll take to Tahiti, and the good looking native girl that i plan on hooking up with when i get there..That my friends is a far better deal than you will ever get from these companys that the government is giving YOUR money to.At least in my personal bailout plan you will know how it is to live on your money..i promise i'll tell you !!
