      From the article:

"For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified." 1 Cor 2 v 2. That was what Paul said to the Corinthians here. This central message, missed, when we look to other things, even to seemingly good and noble things, we can miss God. The speaker conveying such a strong message, paralelling the operations of a computer, if God is the main frame, the speaker asks whether we are connected to that main frame - the question posed, are we recieving, setting our antenna to recieve from God. Are we tuning in? Otherwise who are we tuning in to?

I don't care if it rains or freezes.
Long as I got my Plastic Jesus.
Sitting on the dashboard of my car.
      Through my trails and tribulations
and my travels across the nations.
With my Plastic Jesus I'll gi far.
      Plastic Jesus,Plastic Jesus
riding on the dash board of my car.
Get yourself a sweet Madonna dress in rinestone sitting on a Aboblony shell.
      Doing 90 I ain't scary
Got my self a virgin Mary
Assuring me I won't go to hell...

The Conservatives on propeller keep referring to President-Elect Obama as "The Messiah."

Will they soon (after bashing and blocking and knocking him down) also be referring to him as the "Crucified One?"

There are two sides for which the Cross is seen. One side portray as weakness and hate. The other side perceive as strength and love. There can be nil middle ground.

However these men did not see the Scriptures as infallible or the inspired Word of God, whom mock the power of the Cross.

Without the Cross there can be no transformation, without a personal encounter with the Crucified One there can be nil eternal Power received.

The Cross has always been a message of offense to those whom follow the god of this age.

"The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God." 2 Corinthians 4:4
