KARACHI - Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday issued directives to the authorities concerned to submit arguments for handing over Dr Aafia to American agencies.

The division bench comprising Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Faisal Arab said, despite passage of 41 days since the filing of the petition, no comment has been filed from the government side.
