would you rather he hired people that know nothing. never been in government..

if so why.. and if not where would he get experienced people if not from prior administrations..

seems you are putting him in a damned if you do.. damned if you don't situation...

did you have the same concerns when W.. picked people from his father's largely failed administration...

How quickly you forget. Obama's buzz word was "CHANGE":

"So if you want the next four years in Washington to look just like the last eight, then I am not your candidate. But if you want real change – if you want to shine a bright light into the backrooms of Washington; if you want to replace the special interests with your interests, if you want a government that costs less and works better for everyday Americans, then I ask you to knock on some doors, and make some calls, and talk to your neighbors, and give me your vote on November 4th. And if you do, I promise you – we will change America together"

He went so far in a number of speeches to take new people to Washington in his administration. He noted that selecting the same people for his administration who were former Washington insiders was not change

I ask a question.... you do not seem to be able to answer....

where exactly would you get experienced people with a knowledge of how Washington and the WORLD actually works... without drawing from prior administrations.....

Change is not necessairly about WHO you pick .. It's whether or not you

          1. manage them well
          2 listen to there advise
          3. evaluate ALL sides
          4. react.....

          again answer the question asked....

I'd bet if he picked UNKNOWNS.. people of your ilk would have had a field day talking about his INEXPERIENCE......

Change can come from picking someone YOU trust to put together the team necessary to handle the problems that WE THE PEOPLE face...

This isn't an issue of what I would do - I didn't campaign and make all of those promises

When Obama said over and over that for change to occur, he couldn't bring inside the beltway people into his administration, did you or anyone else bat an eye let alone question where The Great One was going to find these new people??

The first hint that all of the rhetoric was just that - rhetoric - was his choice of Biden as VP
You don't get much furthere inside the beltway than Biden

The biggest problem WE THE PEOLPE FACE is our own government pushing us into bankrupcy and a lower standard of living for our children and grandchildren

he promised to CHANGE America.. that really have little to do with the people he chooses to direct to bring about that change needed...

              ---

The biggest problem WE THE PEOLPE FACE is our own government pushing us into bankrupcy and a lower standard of living for our children and grandchildren

              ---

and you're still here defending the very people that got us in this shape.. 6 years of unrestrained REPUBLICAN leadership... is exactly why we are in this shape..

              ---

again.. you really cannot answer the question.. just deflecting the question..

when the answer is obvious.. If you want experienced people who can give advise from a position of actual knowledge of how things work.. you pick people that have been there....

you don't hire a bag boy just because he's bright to run a major corporation..

He wanted change from the failed republican policies, not change from anything else that has happened before, particularly the economic successes of the Clinton white house. How dense are you people????

absolutely Will, we need change from Bush's policies of alienation and wealth redistribution.
