Posted By everyonesacritic 10 months, 1 week ago in Political NewsHenry David Thoreau said it best when he said “That government is best which governs least” and with Thomas Jefferson “The course of history shows that as a Government grows, Liberty decreases.” We The People, have given so much up to the Government, as they are the parents of the people, to decide on our health care, and our education, that we have given up our basic liberties and ability to govern ourselves. As though we are hiring a gardener, or a housekeeper, we have given the responsibility to our Government to make the most simplistic of decisions for us.
