I have to admit something. I looked at the condos that Nate was involved with. He helped design the floorplans and choose the finishes and designed a model.

That place was hideous! The plans didn't work at all, the design was awful. And the light fixtures were all set for HIS height, not the height of person of regular height. Not to mention that the views were of a junk yard and the fire station.
