I'm amazed at the amount of hype going on in the media....I think it is great to create the festive atmosphere now because the last 8 years were hell and we need to change the energy of our country.-

Your life is nothing but one big negative, you remind me of an aunt I had who's life was so miserable she was only happy when she could say negative things and make every one around her unhappy. -- Call Foul when Sarah Palin spends $15,000 on clothes while Obama spends the most EVER on a campaign, and sends the most EVER $150 million to be exact, on his inauguration. He even out spent Bush. But not ONE LIBERAL says a thing.
-- Call the cons. racist and preach color blindness while every word that comes out about Obama is " first BLACK president". I thought we were supposed to be color blind? Oh that only goes for the cons..
-- Don't say a thing when Bush bails out his buddies because Obama supported the bailout. Wouldn't want to make Obama look bad would we? I heard more cons. against the bailout than Liberals.
--For eight years you bash Bush for everything, then Obama goes out and hires someone for his administration who didn't pay taxes for FOUR YEARS. If we didn't pay taxes then we would be in jail. but hey it's Obama so give him a free pass.
It's amazing to me the level of godliness Obama has achieved. Why? What has he done to deserve people to treat him like he is invincible. We will see what happens in four years and I guarantee there won;t be much change. terrorists will still be trying to kill us. Government will still be run by the rich. Taxpayers will be getting screwed.

Very well said, it truly, shows the hypocrisy of the far left.
May I also add they blame Bush for the economy because it is easier for them to blame someone else than to take any responsibility for themselves. In reality our own fiscal irresponsibility put us where we are today with all the credit card debt, sub prime mortgages on houses that they knew they couldn't afford, people pulling out what equity they did have in their house to buy that next toy or add on to their house in hopes of raising the already over inflated value of it. The truth hurts but we brought this on ourselves plan and simple.

The fact that Obama has changed on Iraq and other foreign policy things is to be ignored by those following the blessed one. Never mind the fact that campaign rhetoric is just that. He has been briefed on a lot of things ans what the results of different things are. He has been getting the same briefing that the president has been getting so when he assumes the presidency today he will be prepared to act. This changes the outlook of the one elected. Now he knows why Bush did many of the things he did. Poor libs can't stand the truth. This happens every time someone assumes the role of the presidency. Before they could shoot their mouth off but all of a sudden they have to make decisions that may end up having people die. That makes a very big difference.
