    If that happens then I hope the DOD will pay for long term counseling.

    This is just wrong on so many levels.

    For the DOD to even be thinking about doing this? Can you imagine what this has done to troop morale?

      I just retired a month ago and never heard anything about this, but if you look at the link. It shows an open date of 11/122008 and a close date 1/14/2009, that tells me it was never really given any serious looks.
