Posted By TechnologyExpert 9 months, 2 weeks ago in Science & TechnologyIn early spring of 2008, while writing about changes Encylopedia Brittanica was making to its online edition, I suggested that they move to a model where users could make edits, with E.B. moderation. It looks like they have decided to make that move, as in an interview with the Sidney Morning Herald, President Jorge Cauz said that the encyclopedia's free, online version, Britannica.com, will soon be allowing user edits.
