    ok.. so voting is only done by Citizens.. right? to be a citizen, one must speak English.. right? So, elections should be held in english only.. right? Anyone else following this? If not.. do you need a refresher in English?

      I am following and agree 100%.To me this is just another attack on our sovereignty.
      Yes birdsabound there was a large indigenous Hispanic population here,then there was a war..we won and now it's an English speaking country.We should fight to keep English as our first language.

        I don't believe the ability to speak and understand English is a requirement to be a citizen. While passing a citizenship test (in English) is required, doing so doesn't necessarily mean every new non-native citizen will be able to understand all government publications.
