    "Salem's Lot" is pretty creepy, but "Frankenstein", I feel, is the most important of the Horror novels because it's dealing with what might happen if we start playing the roll of God in creating life...which is going to be a reality very soon with cloning and chimeras. I mean, IF you have a child born screwed up, you can always blame it on God. If YOU screw up that child through cloning and genetic manipulation, where does the blame go then?
