Since a child's stability is being threatened, you need to reiterate the fact that no matter where you end up, you'll always be there for them. Try to maintain routine as much as possible, and if you can, keep them enrolled in their current school so that they have something familiar to turn to every day. For a child, their teachers, parents, and friends will be much needed touchstones in this difficult time.

Yes, and never let your children see the flustraion and the anger that goes along with foreclosure, because kids think its them, and they have done something wrong to make you feel this way, and never discuse it in angery words that may cause you and your spouse to fight, they see it and presure builds upon there shoulders. Its best if you are going to say whos fault it is because you have lost your home, not to do it in front of the kids wait before punching each others lights out after they are at school or asleep. But it should never come to that to put the blame on one an other, its not your fault that a nation as rich and strong as we are has had to make our young suffer along with the adults.

Fehh...Who cares what happens to our spoilt kids' homes?! Our job as parents is just to make sure they get birthed and then they ain't traumatized by seein' no girl on girl lovin' or whatever (which could scar 'em for life). A house and health insurance and lead-free toys and untainted peanut butter? All them things is luxuries. Don't listen to them e-leetists from the far left wing liberal, communist, socialist, marxist, 2-xist party!!! ;-x
