The taliban, unlike the Iraqis, actualy were allies of Al-Qaeda.

And the taliban started in Pakistan, in a chain of fundamentalist schools, moving into Afghanistan after the Russian's pulled out.
If Bin Laden is alive, he is in Pakistan; on the border with Afghanistan.
The Pakistan government can not control the situation; it could not prevent being used as a base in the recent Mumbai attack, - nor even arrest those responsible.
This is not to justify the US attack; - we missed our oportunity to root out al-qaeda when we invaded Iraq.
It may be too late now, unless we go to war with Pakistan;
and Pakistan has nuclear weapons.-

Here's what I'd be saying right now.
Bush is a murderous maggot who has no regard for anyone's life. He goes around the world murdering innocent people for no good reason what so ever. IMPEACH Him NOW for WAR CRIMES before he can murder anyone else....
BUT , I'm not a democrat nor is Bush still in office. So what should I say about this report?
Good Job Obama, I'm so glad you are not going to go soft on the very people who want every American DEAD. If America is attacked aging, then Obama should get the bombers ready to hit that remote region in Pakistan where all the terrorists seem to reside. I'm talking BIG bombs, not nukes but those MOAB bombs they now have...KAAAAAfreakinBOOOOMMMM BIG TIME! Wipe the entire area FLAT for miles in every direction. There ya go, about 80% of terrorists and many terror training camps all GONE up in smoke!
Hey, just maybe Obama is on the ball after all!
