According to the Quran, it sounds like the "well guarded canopy" (or sky), isn't to guard the earth from meterors, but, to keep people and demons from spying on Allah in Heaven. But, if this is the case, Muslim scholars have some explaining to do.

    People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

    The Bible states the Earth rests upon pillars. Uh oh.
    The Bible states the "windows of Heaven" open when it rains. Uh oh.
    The Bible states the moon was created to make light at night-but half the time the moon is out during the day, not night. Uh oh.

    I could go on, but I think the point has been made. Religion is like sausage, it's easier to ingest the less you carefully examine it. Mutainia you seem to be so concerned about the ingredients in other folk's sausage that you forget ALL sausage is basically the same, even the one on your own plate.

    The entire biblical Genesis practically improbible from a scietific and logical stance. Leason being, when you go out to bash some one elses religion, you might want to find out first how goofy your own is.
