Yesterday in Quebec, the makers of Vachon snack cakes, pled guilty to 22 charges under a provincial law that prohibits advertising at children under the age of 13.

The company was fined $44,000 for advertising to children under the age of 13

Soon to be charged are:
McDonalds
Burger King and
General Mills - the makers of Lucky Charms

The thought police have morphed into the fat police
