Bush's Farewell Photos- Very Revealing »
Posted By Radiofreeeuropa 10 months ago in Political NewsThese photos are insightful to say the least!
I imagine when he became president, for the first time in his life he felt he actually succeeded at something, and that people respected him. In the eyes of his daddy, for instance, (who always regarded him as a fool and a buffoon) this was his chance to show them, and boy, did he ever!!! Yet in conclusion, he realizes he beat out James Buchanan as the worst president in history, that he is more of a buffoon than those who knew him well even were willing to admit. This isn't remorse but disappointment that the very people whose pockets he attempted to line won't be back slapping him and giving him fat fluff jobs on their boards.

I am certain sociopaths like Bush have no remorse.

Yet these photos reveal something... regrets? No more playing master of the idiot universe? No more torture? Maybe he is sad his legacy sucks so bad, that he couldn't spin it. Maybe he just found out he lost his own money on Wall St.?
What do you think?-

I think he was exhausted and tired of the whole thing and wondering if he could make it through the last days of his presidency.

George Stephanopoulos, in his commentary during the inauguration ceremonies, was wondering if Bush said something to Obama that day that was similar to what James Buchanan said to Abraham Lincoln on his arrival at the White House on his inauguration day in 1861:
"My dear, sir, if you are as happy on entering the White House as I on leaving, you are a very happy man indeed."
I imagine Bush might have said something of the sort, but garbled it to the point of incomprehensibility.

Whatever he was feeling in those photos, he certainly seems to have gotten over it in a jiffy. I saw him on tv last night at some sports event, looking pleased as punch with himself. The privileged executive, enjoying his Executive Privilege. His team lost,so much for his pre-game "pep talk".

Locky just criticized the president for "getting down on his knees" to house republicans.

(he was merely trying to show bipartisanship.)
I can see how this bipartisanship thing is working.
It's a one way street.
How many house republicans showed bipartisanship to Obama?...they showed up after the vote to get a free cocktail and that was it.
I won't bother rehashing his record with the military.
It is awful.
