The most recent statistics from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention tell us that obesity rates have risen in more than 31 U.S. states in the past year pushing the national average to roughly thirty-two percent  Colorado came in with the lowest obesity rate (17.6%) while Mississippi was the worst, becoming the first state to average over 30%.  The CDC also reported that there is no sign of a slowdown of this epidemic.  Even more alarming is the increase in obesity rates for children age 10-17 with Washington D.C. being the worst at nearly 23% and Utah the best at just under 9%.  What does it mean?  It is time for all of us to start watching our diets and exercising.  FitnessDiet talks about fitness, a healthy diet, nutrition, exercise, diet pills, how to lose weight safely and the right fitness plan
