    New technology always has its pos's and neg's. A lot of google earth stuff is old, and some secure areas are blacked out. Of course, competing interests will always try to weaken their competitors, and try to prevent their own secrets from being exposed while exposing those of others. I have a bias for the U.S. and West having better intell, but I'm sure there are many other biases out there.
