The headline of this story admits that Katrina was a disaster for Bush. Very good.........Fair and Balanced Baby that's what you get here.......however we are not talking about BUSH's performance now. I am wondering why Obama just didn
t raise his hand and command the storm to stop.

Where's Kanye West when we need him?

          http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2009/01/obama_...

Obama hates white people and wants them to die

With nearly 1.5 million people in the mid-west without power during a cold snap, what other possible reason is there that this new "competent" administration and FEMA would be failing so spectacularly in helping in this natural disaster?

It's got to be that Obama hates white people and wants them to die!

Of course, I am just aping what lefty blogs were saying about Bush less than 24 hours after Katrina's hurricane winds stopped blowing. But AP is reporting that Midwest disaster relief people are none too pleased with our new president's FEMA.

              pc25,

I think you'd have done better to post something like the AP story that Unusual Suspect offered further down. As long as you are posting partisan blog stories, few people will take you seriously.

I'm not saying that Obama may not deserve criticism somewhere in this, but the story you posted is mostly at odds with the facts.

And the funny thing is -- all the usual suspected (automan, et. al.) gave a purely informative post negatives.

Fair and what?!?! LMAO! From a blog named jammiewearing fool. You got to be kidding me. And yes, by default the author due to his own stupidity admitted that Katrina was Bush's disaster. You submitted it thinking it was sensational and would do damage to Obama, but what ti did was indict your own "messiah" George Bush. Part dem' waters, baby.

PC, demonstrating your typical lack of logic and your true bigotry, to compare an ice storm followup to the miserable failures after Katrina!

You need to understand about PC25 and most of the righties here. When there is no bad news about Obama they feel obligated to create some. PC is noted for taking non-stories and trying to make them sound like the beginning of the end days. This one is a prime example.

Let's see: 40 dead in a 9-state ice storm = 1800+ dead (with countless others permanently displaced and whole neighborhoods reduced to a soggy pile of sticks) in 2 states.

                      Just doesn't add up...

But don't you worry, I'm sure there will be plenty of other natural disasters in the next 8 years.

BTW, KY Gov. Beshear is not ASKING for boots-on-the-ground assistance, just help footing the bill.
