Posted By ajugglingmum 9 months, 2 weeks ago in Arts & EntertainmentAccess Hollywood reports: In what might be welcome news to Twi-hards and Fanpires out there (or, horrible news for “HSM” devotees), Vanessa Hudgens is not going to be making an appearance in “New Moon,” as the character Leah – at least not yet. “I’m not sure about [final] casting but I had heard Vanessa Hudgens was going up for the part of Leah [Clearwater, a werewolf],” screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, who wrote both films, told People at the 61st Annual Directors Guild of America Awards in Los Angeles Saturday night. “But at the moment, the part of Leah doesn’t happen until the third movie.” So, it could be awhile before fans get to see Vanessa go “Teen Wolf” – that is, if it happens at all.
