    That is all well and good for those who have never faced death, had a loved one brutally attacked, or faced the loss of a home while raising children...

    Tension is a natural reaction, if your are tense you are alert, you are on the edge, you are ready for an attack or something to happen.

    Now worry !!! That is a whole different thing. Worry is a useless thing. All the worry in the world won't change a thing, it will make one useless because their worry absorbs their energy.

    I don't worry about what will or won't happen, I take action to make it happen or prevent it from happening. And yes I'm tense at times when I'm doing what I must do.
