Posted By WikiMap 10 months ago in News

For the last three weeks, 28-year-old Arvind Vasudev Gupta hasn’t had a moment’s peace. After testing positive for HIV in a test conducted at Jaslok Hospital on January 12, Gupta has gone to at least three other labs and has tested negative for the virus. Nevertheless, a second test at Jaslok still says he is HIV positive.

That would be a completely mind blowing thing. Only he would know if he committed some act that might have caused him to be infected.

I feel sorry for he and his wife. She must be going through hell wondering if their child is infected and she along with her husband.

He must be catching hell from her as well even if he is innocent.

I wish more people knew about how flawed the HIV test is. It doesn't actually check for HIV. It's not accurate at all. Stress can even cause a false positive. It's a scam. If you're a heterosexual male, the likelihood of you contracting HIV through sex is very slim.

Everybody should look up a website http://www.aliveandwell.org/

          Excerpt:

Many experts contend that AIDS is not a fatal, incurable condition caused by HIV? That most of the AIDS information we receive is based on unsubstantiated assumptions, unfounded estimates and improbable predictions? That the symptoms associated with AIDS are treatable using non-toxic, immune enhancing therapies that have restored the health of people diagnosed with AIDS and that have enabled those truly at risk to remain well?

Also, look for a book called AIDS, INC. By Jon Rappaport. Can be read here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/3329947/-AIDS-Inc-Scanda...

This story really upsets me. HIV is nothing to mess with. I cant imagine what this poor guy is going through emotionally not knowing 100%. And what the hell is up with the response from Jaslok hospital officials. That is the most ridiculous thing that i have ever heard...and then to come back in a few months. ARE you kidding me?!?!?!?! I feel bad for this guy.

I thought I was HIV+ for a while. I donated my plasma, then, two weeks later, woke up drenched in sweat, something that had never happened to me before. The plasma center said it wasn't HIV, but, when the symptoms matched so well with HIV, along with the fact that I thought they might be covering their patootis, it didn't take away my worry. After all, I had literally shared bodilly fluids and NOT in a fun way, but, with a machine that I thought they might not have cleansed right (when I was donating my plasma, I noticed street bums donating theirs...to get money for drugs, or, whatever). When they told me to come back at such n such a time for my HIV test results, they sent me to the wrong place, and, it took a couple of hours to SEE the results. Something that was supposed to take minutes took HOURS. In the waiting, I imagined some new nurse being coached on how to break the news to someone that they are HIV+. I thought, "CAN I sue the plasma center if they didn't clean the machine righ, or, will they bring in some high priced lawyer to make the jury think I'm some kind of flaming homosexual who got HIV the GAY way? Will they get some hot shot defense lawyer who could get a jury to think John Wayne really went about speaking in a falcetto voice? Such worry had me pacing like a panther. When I found out that the night sweats could have been bought on by some OTHER kind of contamination from the plasma center NOT HIV, I actually felt releaved. Still, though, WHAT caused the night sweats two weeks AFTER donating my plasma?
