I still suspect Blagojevich is conducting this media PR blitz to taint the potential jury pool. I would think his attorneys will undoubtedly ask prospective jurors if they have seen him on television and excuse whomever they wish on that basis alone.

Yeah, Blagojevich seemed to get a little testy with Dave in that second video from the Sun-Times link when he mentioned that it seemed the ex-governor was trying to poison the jury pool. But it doesn't matter. No court will dismiss the charges because an entirely ignorant jury can't be found. (And if you've ever served on a jury, you'll know there's always plenty of entirely uninformed people to choose from.)
