Yeah, Blagojevich seemed to get a little testy with Dave in that second video from the Sun-Times link when he mentioned that it seemed the ex-governor was trying to poison the jury pool. But it doesn't matter. No court will dismiss the charges because an entirely ignorant jury can't be found. (And if you've ever served on a jury, you'll know there's always plenty of entirely uninformed people to choose from.)

  Yes, I've served on more than one jury and you are absolutely right about the availability of uninformed people from which to choose!
