Good point. The reality is people prefer to be around people like themselves. If you like a diverse environment you will live in a diverse environment., if you prefer to be around people like yourself you will live around similiar people. The younger generations didn't experience racism and segragation like the older generation. And the older generations control much of what is happening in the world. I expect when the 20 somethings start working their way up the corporate and social ladder things will change dramatically. They are truly the first generation that is color blind. We have much to look forward to in the next 10 to 20 years.
