Oh sweet, sweet irony. Bloomberg reports ( via CVG) that Rock Band makers Harmonix (and their owner, Viacom Inc.) have filed a lawsuit again Konami and their Rock Revolution title over what they allege are patent violations for game controllers that simulate music instruments.
