Wake me in 7 days. The cynic in me says 'don't get too excited'. He said he wouldn't take the FIFTH - not that he wouldn't lie.

  I agree that it's early to get too excited. But I like that they've given up the spurious "executive privilege" maneuver--Bush is no longer the executive. It's also Rove's lawyer who said it--Rove could change his mind, or as you pointed out, he could lie. (Though if he does, he's at risk for perjury...)
