Posted By myfairlady 9 months, 1 week ago in NewsResearch found that Britain's young adults would prefer more hours to get their chores done, so they could spend more time relaxing.
Sixty-five per cent of people aged 18 to 24 favoured a longer day, with 28 per cent saying that 27 hours would be ideal.
However Britons over 55 were shown to be more relaxed, with 69 per cent saying they were happy with the day as it stands.
The online survey, which questioned more than 2,000 people in January, was conducted by YouGov on behalf of the British Methodist Church.
