How cheesy can you get! Damned indian givers! One of the wealthiest corporations in the world no less. The employees should tell Microsoft to pound sand! The company can ask Bill Gates to to make up the difference! It ain't like he can't afford it! He can have the satisfaction of firing the entire accounting department. Don't try to blame the software, remember, it's GIGO (garbage in - garbage out) It's only as smart as the operator.

I'm thinking that I wouldn't be giving them any money back. That letter would have gotten lost in the mail.

shame on Bill Gates ... he is beyond greed. His company sits on %B and he wants money back. He wants to lay off more people and he continues to use H-1B visas under the guise of there not being enough
Americans with those qualifications...by doing this he suppresses the wages of the industry. He really is a patriot isn't he

An IT software company making a math error (using their software?). Oh the ignominy of it all.
