Guns-in-Church Bill Killed in Arkansas State Senate »
Posted By TechnologyExpert 9 months ago in Political NewsAn Arkansas state Senate panel on Wednesday rejected a bill that would allow concealed handguns in churches. But they didn't do it for what might be the common sense reason, meaning "why does someone need to carry a concealed weapon into a church," but rather after opponents complained that allowing firearms defies the notion that religious buildings are sanctuaries.

Please. There are a ridiculous number of guns in the US. Something like 5 for every person. There will be no shortage.

The funniest thing is that you gun nuts think those little peashooters are going to do anything against the US army, armed with 50 cal BMGs, RPGs, shoulder-launch missiles, tanks, bombers, strategic fighters, helicopters, et cetera. Especially when the vast majority of gun-nut owners are fat, overweight hicks who sit in front of the TV watching post-apocalyptic shows thinking they'd be the one getting the hot girls when the fact is they can hardly walk to the nearest 7-11 to get their slurpee.
Most Americans are soft, most American gun nuts are soft. Every time I've gone to the shooting range, perhaps 5% of the people shooting are in decent shape and have decent training and the majority of those are, like me, ex-military or ex-police.
Look at what happens in this country surrounding gun violence. Guns are the problem, especially the ease with which people can purchase them. Only very rarely and infrequently do they 'solve' problems, and when that happens they're in the hands of a trained professional, not some jackass off the street with a CCW and fake badge. -
