Sorry you have problems comprehending. It's pretty clear you have never taken any journalism classes because that is a headline and it's supposed to capture your attention, punctuation isn't necessary. If you think different, take it up with FOX News.

  Well I guess you havent read my bio I go by AP style sheet when I write you should try it it makes headlines sentences etc much easier to read and comprehend :)
