As long as only those who use the public transportation pay for every aspect of it. Including the tax on fuel and any other fees put on the rest, by government. Most systems only exsist due to the rest of those who don't use their services. Public transportaion is a drain on most communities they serve. Mostly empty buses and train cars make no money, if they can't make it then let them die. Everyone will have more to spend on what they want, not what government wants.
