I'd rather see him stripped of his assets, in a homeless shelter and on the line looking for a real job. Why should the state give him a roof over his head and three meals a day? Hasn't he cost enough already? Let's just try him, seize his ill-gotten gains, boot him to the curb and let him fend for himself with a felony record. That's what would happen to anyone else.

It really should bother us as a society that people are in jail for holding a joint or two for personal use while guys like this live in penthouses.

This thug should be in rikers island ,all of his money should go to the victims he stole from,and what happened to the motion to overturn his bail because the money his wife used for his bail was part of the loot,i guess he will buy his way out of jail!
