Posted By sportnut456 10 months ago in SportsIf you can spend 1 hour a day for the next couple of weeks, then my recommended workout would be: 15 minutes - dynamic stretching (high knees, lunges, grapevine, ...) 30 minutes - core training (squats, planks, ...) 15 minutes - throwing a softball (first week throw home to first, second week throw home to second, third week long toss)
