    Isn't this really great, we now have the government stealing from charities. You say how is it stealing, well when you limit the amount the wealthy can donate you are effectively stealing from the pockets of charitable institutions.

      Actually far too many "charities" are scams set up by the super-rich to defraud the rest of us.
