Well I've learned that all these little exercise routines they try and get you to do is mostly crap anyways, Trust me I've tried them all. You arent going to get something for nothing. These 15 and 20 minute abs etc. just don't work. If you want it you are going to have to get off the couch and lay down the candy bars..lol!!! All though some exercise is better than none at all but I've learned at the very least a 30 minute or more a day till you build yourself up- you will see results but be patient- it isn't going to happen over night.
