    I agree with the article that there are benefits to both low-intensity and high-intensity aerobics. Low-intensity aerobics would be most beneficial to those just starting a routine, that are overweight (as stated in the article), or that have joint problems.

    I know that this wasn't in the article, but I believe that anaerobic activity has to play a part in a good balanced workout routine along with a good diet, proper rest, and a few important supplements.
